NEW YORK CITY, MID-2000s Serbian photographer Boogie immersed himself in the rough neighbourhood of pre-gentrified Bushwick, capturing gritty images of homeless individuals and drug addicts.  He forms connections with Christine and Martie, delving deeper into their world of addiction.  Seeking a change, Boogie turns his lens towards the public housing projects, gaining acceptance among local gangsters and documenting their daily lives.  However, as his involvement deepens, Boogie realizes the dangerous nature of his path.  The intense experiences blur the boundaries between his project and personal life...
